Position: Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing form-to-spreadsheet workflows and analyze current data processing methods
• Reverse engineer spreadsheet calculations to understand how metrics and reports are generated
• Identify required metrics, data points, visualizations, and report outputs for the new dashboard
• Configure Power BI to connect with Microsoft Forms or other data collection systems
• Clean, transform, and structure collected data to support accurate reporting
• Build reusable data models and automated processes for ongoing data imports
• Design and develop interactive dashboards with filters, charts, graphs, and visualizations
• Replicate and improve existing reporting processes through structured dashboard design
• Enable automated export of reports in PDF or PowerPoint format for internal and client use
• Test dashboards using live data to ensure accuracy and system connectivity
• Provide documentation of the automation workflow and dashboard setup
• Conduct walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions for internal teams
  
  
  

• Proven experience in automation, data workflows, or dashboard development
• Strong experience with Power BI, data modeling, and data visualization
• Experience integrating data from Microsoft Forms, spreadsheets, or similar platforms
• Strong data cleaning, transformation, and reporting skills
• Ability to analyze complex spreadsheets and reverse engineer formulas or metrics
• Knowledge of automation processes and data pipeline creation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users
