Job Description

• Design and maintain warehouse automation machine like conveyors, packing machine, automated storage and retrieval system and robotics
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, scanners, and control panels
• Ensure smooth integration of automation equipment with existing system
• Coordinate with vendors on control logic updates, software enhancements, and system upgrades
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs for automated equipment
• Analyze breakdowns and root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure spare parts availability and technical documentation are updated
• Lead or support automation projects from concept to go-live
• Review technical drawings, and project schedules
• Ensure all automation systems comply with safety standards
• Provide technical support to warehouse operations during daily activities
• Will oversee materials handling equipment such as Reach trucks, Counterbalance, and Powered pallet truck
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferably with PRC license
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in related automation engineering projects, equipment maintenance, conveyors, and material handling equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, VFD, robotics, programming, and motor control
• Familiarity with conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS and robotic
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and asset management
• Excellent problem solving, communication and project management skills
• Strong Analytical skills proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
