Job Description

The ATM Channel Management Team Lead oversees the overall management of the channel which is focused on promoting brand awareness and enhancing customer experience using the BPI ATM Network through relevant ATM and CAM project and providing strategic direction on general channel/switch administration.

Job Description

Performance and Expense Management

  • Controls and analyzes channel performance such as usage and efficiency in support of revenue and cost initiatives
  • Oversee internal and external partners performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Estimates the expense of the channel to ensure a flat to minimal change in the operating expense

Knowing Customers

  • Enhances brand awareness, machine look and feel, and customer experience of both internal and external clients in using the BPI ATM network that will aid in increasing usage and customer satisfaction
  • Determines the ATM user market by doing market surveys, customer feedback surveys and by doing analyses on quantitative BPI transaction data, among others, to help define relevant ATM functionalities and customer’s expectations for BPI ATM
  • Aids users with training, education, tutorials, and orientation that will be able to help them utilize the channel with ease
  • Determines which aspects of BPI ATMs need improvement and/or enhancements to provide superior service to the clients

Channel Compliance

  • Manages relationship with switch partners and vendors which includes compliance to policies for the projects and initiatives of switch partners
  • Ensures that the BPI ATMs have the necessary ATM security tips, complete set of decals and confidential data are mask in BPI ATM receipt as guided by the compliance matrix to comply with BSP regulations

Channel Management

  • Oversees system administration functions as applicable and as documented in the system access rights to provide necessary support to channel related systems
  • Manages ATM related initiative which includes ensuring the submission of initiative documentation and any other related management request
  • Participates in user prod testing to ensure processes are in place as BAU
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for incident escalation within the Channel Management team and oversees and coordinates the resolution of issues affecting the channel operations
  • Creates necessary risk assessment to be able to identify risk, determine necessary controls, and if existing control measures are adequate or if existing controls should be adjusted
  • Handles the business continuity plan of the division to continuously provide service to clients during calamities, disasters and other events that might affect business operations

People Management

  • Oversees ATM Channel Management team overview sessions to trainees enrolled in programs supported by BPI University to provide the trainees with basic ATM information that can aid them with their functions

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder of any Business-related course
  • Preferably with at least 3 years experience in ATM Channel business, Project Management, Product or Channel Management
  • Must have basic knowledge in ATM and ATM systems
  • Must have basic knowledge in Project Management
  • Must have good documentation, organizational, logical reasoning, and data analytics skills
  • Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills
  • Must have good supervisory skills
  • Must be proficient in MS applications such as MS Office, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
