Job Description

The position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the business units on regulatory-legal matters including, among others, ensuring proper filing of ERC applications and other regulatory requirements, conduct of drafting/review of contracts, regulations, and other documents, with the goal of minimizing financial losses, maximizing revenue potential, and protecting the business units’ overall interests in accordance with company objectives, policies, and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 4 years’ related experience

Conduct of drafting/review of contracts

Required: Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.); Master of Laws (LL.M.) or Master in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
