About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a/an Associate, Finance - Billings. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following

• Identify and Process Dishonours – IFCS
• Performs Activities Related to Telegraphic Transfer Receipts, Check Receipts and Deposits
• Performs Miscellaneous AR Activities – coordinates with BU’s request
• DN/CN Postings in IFCS and SAP
• Process and handles of UAC clearing and reports
• Reconciles, Analyzes and Post IFCS transactions
• Generates and sends IFCS related reports
• Handles Billing for Local Sales
• Manual Billings – IFCS and SAP
• Handles customer queries and invoice requests
• Maintains exchange rate table in SAP
• Sends of customers SOA
• Sales and COGS accrual
• Monitors of VFX3, Open Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billings and FI not released to accounting
• Performs monthly Accounts Reconciliation
• Prepares and updates current work plan as necessary to achieve performance goals.
• Participates as team member in projects undertaken by Manila Shared Services Center and ensures the achievement of individual and team goals and determines action plans to increase accuracy and efficiency to meet project objectives.
• Attends functional trainings and participates in self-study courses.
• Completes special projects as assigned by Team Leader and assist team members as required to provide quality accounting service to customers at the SSC-Manila and the respective GEs.
• Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Bachelors Degree major in Finance, Business, Accounting, and related courses.
• Demonstrated experience and background in Finance, Accounting, and/or Audit work
• Effective communicator and able to build relationships with various stakeholders and teams
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills
• Innovative and has passion for learning digital tools and technologies
• Experience and knowledge in digital tools and other technology systems is an advantage
