General Description
You will implement and execute operations for data analytics and reporting and provide data-informed guidance for the brand and agency to transform business processes, consumer communications, and other relevant aspects of the conduct of day-to-day business. As a Data Analyst, you will help to steer the course for the partnership and collaboration between clients, agency, and internal parties as the subject matter expert in online trends, social conversations, competitive data, and other data-driven areas of concern for both brand and agency.
You will be the senses of the brand and agency on-ground to define and inform insights to be actionable and recommend steps to be taken based on the opportunities gathered and culled from data. You will also guide the career direction of data analysts directly reporting to you for this project.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Apply theory and practice behind data-driven insight
- Become familiar with the internal and external analytics tools and research sources available
- Have an in-depth understanding of the business problems of assigned verticals, their contexts, and their communications environment
- Weave data into compelling stories built around meaningful and relevant consumer insights
- Lead internal and external discussions with management and senior clients
- Develop new opportunities within the framework of the project to optimize insight and analytics processes
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Be the point person for data and analytics
- Be the subject matter expert in data-driven insight
- Design, generate and implement long term measurement plans, including campaign, attitudinal, behavioral and business metrics for key clients. Generate and interpret data via tools ((eg. ATL – Nielsen Media Index/ Digital – Sysomos, Global Web Index, Comscore, etc./ Proprietary – Live Panel, 3D)
- Developing thorough analytics reports with actionable learnings and recommendations
- Be a collaborator and integrator for analytics work with other brand and agency process
- Create and present compelling recommendations with the use of data and consumer insights
- Be the trusted advisor of our client leaders and key clients for communications needs revolving around data analysis.
