We’re hiring an experienced Associate Counsel to support our digital financial businesses. You’ll advise the business on regulatory matters; draft and review contracts; assist with regulator engagement; and work closely with HQ and local legal, compliance, business and other teams.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with at least 3-6 years’ post-qualification experience in financial services regulations and products. Prior in-house experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong working knowledge of financial services laws, the industry and products (especially payments and consumer lending products) in Philippines.
Proven ability to manage complex matters, tight timelines and stakeholders, and to execute projects effectively.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for contracts.
Fluency in oral and written English.
