The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring
of Unicapital Group marketing initiatives, focusing on digital campaigns, email
marketing, social media content, and events. This role requires a creative, data-driven,
and a resourceful individual with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining
brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns and Strategy
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns that align with company goals.
Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
Implement on-ground and online lead generation strategies, paid ads, and content-driven funnels.
Social Media & Content Creation
Assist in creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok etc.) in line withbrand guidelines.
Provide assistance in coordinating and producing marketing materials, including graphics, short videos, and promotional collaterals.
Collaborate with internal teams and creatives for photo and video editing when needed (skills in Adobe Creative Suite or similar are a plus).
Events & Webinars
Coordinate webinars, livestreams, and other online investor education events, from conceptualization to post-event reports.
Support on-ground activations such as client acquisition events/exhibits, media events, and client engagement activities.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance with the team; recommend actionable insights for optimization.
Maintain marketing dashboards and prepare regular reports on campaign ROI and KPIs.
And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support the organizations goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, orrelated field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services,fintech, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid, orsimilar) and social media management tools.
Experience in content creation (graphic design, copywriting, video editing) is anadvantage.
Knowledge of photo and video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro,Canva, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in organizing webinars, online events, and on-ground eventsactivations are an advantage.
Familiarity with online lead generation tactics (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)preferred.
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
