Support Small/Medium Enterprise accounts by working closely with Account Brokers, Account Managers, and the Divisional Manager to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery. You’ll manage requests, coordinate documentation, prepare client materials, and provide high-level support to maintain strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Schemes & Facilities team.
  • Prepare pre-renewal documentation for PI/BPK policies (templates provided).
  • Review proposals to ensure they are completed accurately.
  • Liaise with brokers and send documentation to markets.
  • Bind policies with insurers and process invoices in WINBEAT.
  • Update policy numbers and maintain accurate records in WINBEAT.
  • Ensure efficient and organized saving of documentation in OrganiseIT.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments (Debtor Management).


Key Criteria

  • 2–3 years’ experience in Australian insurance broking.
  • Previous administrative experience with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Process-oriented, methodical, and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Proficient in CRMs, Microsoft Suite, and other software applications.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Working towards Tier 1 & Tier 2 Insurance Broking Compliance qualifications.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Commerce or equivalent is advantageous.


Work Set Up

Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with on-site during probation and once a week after.
