The Opportunity
This role supports a professional services firm focused on asset recovery operations, working within a fast-paced, process-driven environment. The position plays a critical role in managing and converting inbound and outbound lead flow into qualified opportunities. You’ll work closely with internal team members and directly engage with prospects, ensuring consistent communication, compliance, and pipeline progression. This is an execution-focused role where daily activity, organization, and attention to detail directly impact revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain lead data through CRM (Excess Elite), ensuring records are accurate, organized, and up to date
- Conduct manual SMS outreach in compliance with U.S. regulations, following approved scripts and communication guidelines
- Perform high-volume outbound calling (50–100 calls per day), documenting outcomes in real time
- Respond to inbound messages, qualify prospects, and identify high-intent opportunities
- Track all interactions, notes, and follow-ups clearly within the system for full pipeline visibility
- Support pipeline management by consistently nurturing leads through follow-up sequences
- Assist with workflow optimization, process documentation, and maintaining SOP adherence
Compensation
Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.
Monthly compensation ranges from ₱64,000 – ₱84,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.
Required Skills
Core Technical Skills Required
- Experience with CRM management and pipeline tracking (Excess Elite preferred)
- Strong data entry and data management capabilities with high accuracy
