Position Overview

The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for producing precise architectural drawings and documentation using Revit. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to established workflows. The drafter will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project specifications. Work hours are fixed at 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural plans, sections, and elevations using Revit.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design details.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site conditions.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
• Follow established workflows and project protocols.
• Support project teams with technical drafting and coordination tasks.
  
  
  

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Revit architectural plans.
  
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Knowledge of architectural standards, construction methods, and detailing.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling tools is an advantage.
