Appointment Setter (Roofing Services)

Location: Remote | Industry: Roofing / Construction | Tools: Whatsapp, GChats, Calendly, HighPages, Buildertrend, Zendesk | Hours: Part-time & Temporary (with potential to grow)

About The Company

A well-established Australian roofing company known for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliability. With an increasing number of inbound inquiries through multiple platforms, the company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Setter to manage lead flow, qualify prospects, and coordinate bookings efficiently.

This role is about communication and organization ensuring every lead is followed up, qualified, and booked, no sales involved, just consistent support to keep the teams calendar running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities (Prioritized):

  • Receive, organize, and respond to new leads from HighPages, Zendesk, and other lead sources.
  • Qualify leads based on job type, location, and service requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and site visits using Calendly, Buildertrend or internal scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate directly with the roofing and admin teams via Whatsapp and GChat for real-time updates and scheduling adjustments.
  • Maintain and update lead pipelines, ensuring all contact and booking details are accurate.
  • Follow up on pending or unresponsive leads to secure booking confirmations.
  • Send appointment reminders and confirmations to clients.
  • Track and report daily and weekly booking metrics for management review.


Qualifications (Prioritized):

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, admin coordination, or customer service (experience in roofing or trades preferred).
  • Proficiency with HighPages, Zendesk, Buildertrend, and Whatsapp/GChat for communication and workflow management.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple appointments and leads simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Reliable home-office setup with stable internet connection.
