Get to Know our Team:

Agodas Brand Marketing team is looking for an Analyst to scale our digital marketing & brand research efforts.

As a part of the Brand Media & Measurement team, you will manage digital campaign planning, A/B testing, and reporting across key digital channels like Meta, Twitter, YouTube etc., and also be responsible for management & analysis of brand research projects.

This person will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the global Brand Marketing team based in Thailand. They will play a key role in analyzing all kind of campaign & research data to deliver insights that will shape the team’s strategy and fulfil our ambition of creating an engaging and meaningful brand in the tech-and-travel space.

This role is based out of Agoda’s Global Operations Center in Bangkok, Thailand, giving the successful applicant the once-in-a-lifetime chance to work in one of the world’s most exciting and fast-paced cities, close to some of the most iconic travel destinations, with a fun and talented team. About The Brand Team

We are the guardians of the Agoda brand, with a mission to make Agoda a trusted name in global travel. Our scope is broad and encompasses various projects and collaborations with other departments at Agoda. In any given week, we could be working on campaign creation and activation (including consumer research, strategy, agency management, media planning, measurement, and testing), producing assets for Agoda’s various marketing channels and our website and app, or designing official Agoda merch for our offices around the globe. We ensure the brand is always looking and sounding its best in everything we do, whether on the world stage or in a company newsletter.

The Brand team is diverse, representing strategists, media planners, project managers, brand managers, creatives, and more, from different walks of life. We have in common a love of travel (and travel deals) and a passion for finding fun and innovative ways to bring the Agoda brand to the world.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Experiment: Conduct A/B testing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube, as well as brand research in-house & with external agencies to demonstrate the impact of campaign activity on brand awareness.
  • Execute: Own the performance of digital & social campaigns, optimize critical campaign metrics, and keep an eye on data to ensure that media is delivering against the plan.
  • Learn: Communicate test results & campaign learnings to the team and broader stakeholders through comprehensive analysis, reporting and data visualization. Develop key learnings for different media platforms and markets.
  • Analyse: Delve into data from digital tests & research studies to gather useful insights for optimization of brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate: Liaise with external media partners (e.g. Google, Meta) for planning, analysis and execution, and consolidate media data and analysis with digital activity being run in-house.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, marketing, communication, business, or another related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytically focused positions
  • Great SQL & Tableau knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, very comfortable using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Great project management, measurement, and planning capability; taking ownership from the start to the finish
  • Knowledge of statistics and data processing practices (calculating p-values, data cleaning and normalization, regressions, etc.) is a plus
