Position Summary

The Compensation Analyst role will form part of the Compensation team, consisting of dedicated professionals located around the world, spanning Manila, Tashkent, London and Tampa. The role will have primary responsibility to ensure a smooth operation of the Compensation processes and to own and support multiple activities during the annual compensation and promotion cycles.

Based on the specifications highlighted by the Compensation team and in collaboration with the HR Aligned and HRIS teams, you will ensure our processes, data and systems are aligned with the firm’s Compensation philosophy. Partnering with the HR Shared Services teams, you will proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to support the evolution of our existing or new processes.

You will be pivotal to our ability to serve our clients, by helping to ensure that our data quality is exceptional and record keeping is second to none. You will have responsibility for setting up our data management systems, as well as allocation of tasks and query management throughout the annual cycles.

Duties And Accountabilities1

You will be responsible for supporting the Compensation team running efficiently, meeting and exceeding the needs of all stakeholders globally. Your duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Work as part of the team to analyse data, including compensation survey submission and report downloads to help us ensure our reward packages are competitive and sustainable
  • You will be required to analyze large, confidential data sets, spotting errors and trends, translating them into meaningful insight to share with team members and stakeholders
  • You will provide administrative support to the Compensation team and the Aligned HR Operations Manager in running the annual compensation processes through the whole lifecycle. That includes:
  • completing all necessary data audits prior to launch;
  • various checks and reconciliation of data;
  • managing queries during the process,
  • the coordination, prioritization and allocation of stakeholders’ requests coming into the Compensation mailboxes or through My Portal;
  • to work with the team to track and manage resolutions;
  • wrap up of the processes with follow up data audit and improvement activities.
  • You will have a role in directly supporting stakeholders in the People and wider Business Services teams with any data, system or process requirements ensuring our processes are operating effectively
  • Assist in the development of progress reports, presentations and analysis as required by team members to support the compensation agenda
  • Support the testing, training, planning, and analysis of our system upgrades and enhancements as they arise
  • Work with Aligned HR Operations Manager and Compensation team to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the annual processes and systems that support them and make recommendations for improvements to teams’ processes and to vendor regarding the system.
  • Support the team on any new projects as they arise and act as subject matter expert on compensation administration
  • Own logistics around team meetings: coordinates Team meetings / dial-ins, agendas, slides, taking actions and/or minutes as required etc.
  • Adaptable and willing to support other compensation team activities as needed by the business. Including administration support, data management, analysis, audit tasks and/or system testing, maintenance as requested to help cover peak periods of workload during the year
  • Flexibility to work both US and EMEA time zones to fit business requirements
