Job Description

Develop, implement and monitor safety and compliance programs
Conduct risk assessments and put in mitigation measures
Lead root cause analysis and ensure quality corrective and preventive actions
Ensure all staff maintain valid certifications and meet mandatory training requirements

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in airline safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
Deep knowledge IATA manuals, aviation safety frameworks
Familiarity with safety reporting and compliance monitoring
Strong analytical and incident investigation abilities
Understanding of root-cause analysis and risk mitigation strategies
