職務内容:

Job Description

• Develop, implement and monitor safety and compliance programs
• Conduct risk assessments and put in mitigation measures
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure quality corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure all staff maintain valid certifications and meet mandatory training requirements
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in airline safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
• Deep knowledge IATA manuals, aviation safety frameworks
• Familiarity with safety reporting and compliance monitoring
• Strong analytical and incident investigation abilities
• Understanding of root-cause analysis and risk mitigation strategies
