We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and help us communicate complex Microsoft topics through engaging video content.

To expand our brand and accelerate our reach, we are launching a remote internship for a motivated AI Video Marketing Intern someone eager to learn how to create viral video content that speaks to both Microsoft experts and the organizations working with M365Consult on their cloud and security journey.

What This Internship Is About

This is not just about making videos it is about building scalable, viral content systems. You will learn how to plan, generate, and scale video content using cutting-edge AI tools, collaborate with consultants and automation engineers, and simulate processes that will power the video content engine of a Microsoft-focused consulting brand.

You will gain hands-on experience with leading AI video tools and be part of shaping M365Consults visual voice across:

• YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
• TikTok-style viral content
• LinkedIn video posts and carousels
• Client testimonial and success-story videos
• Product and solution demo videos (Microsoft 365, security, Azure, AI)
• Educational explainer content for business and IT audiences
• AI-generated visual sequences and animations
• Podcast- and webinar-to-video content repurposing
  
  
  

And most importantly you will be challenged to navigate independently, grow fast, and own your learning path.

Structure & Expectations

• Duration: 36 months (performance-based)
• Format: Self-paced internship (flexible hours, fully remote)
• Onboarding: Access to our AI tools, resources, and team for initial orientation
• After onboarding: You are expected to drive your own progress and propose new viral video ideas aligned with our Microsoft 365 and security topics
• Support: Light supervision, regular check-ins, and access to mentors but creative initiative is key
  
  
  

What Youll Get Hands-On With

• Sora, Veo3, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway ML, Midjourney, and other cutting-edge AI tools for video and visuals
• Suno (or similar) for AI audio generation and background music creation
• AI prompt engineering for video, image, and audio content
• Real-world viral video workflows: from manual creation to automation-ready processes
• Cross-functional collaboration with consultants, tech teams, and social media/marketing managers
• A platform to build a portfolio of viral content across multiple platforms and formats, focused on Microsoft 365, security, and AI consulting topics
  
  
  

Who Were Looking For

You do not need to be an AI video expert (yet). We are looking for:

• Strong interest in video content creation, social media trends, or tech/business topics
• Curious, self-motivated learners who love experimenting with new AI tools
• Understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Passion for Microsoft technologies, IT consulting, cybersecurity, or digital marketing
• Comfortable working independently and building your own creative structure
• Excellent written English and basic German (preferred)
• Bonus: Experience with video editing, Canva, TikTok, Instagram, or any AI video tools
