• Design and maintain multi-agent systems using LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI, focusing on orchestration, memory, and tool-use.
• Build multi-modal ingestion pipelines (text, images, tables) with optimized embedding and retrieval strategies.
• Implement AI guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and PII redaction to ensure secure, ethical automation.
• Manage relational, NoSQL, and vector databases with optimized SQL and data partitioning.
• Build lightweight batch and real-time pipelines to transform enterprise data for AI readiness.
• Develop production-grade Python services and scalable APIs within the Azure ecosystem (AKS, Azure Functions).
• Build intuitive AI-powered frontends using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Own the lifecycle via CI/CD, comprehensive testing, and cost-control monitoring.
• Translate complex AI concepts for non-technical business units to deliver value-driven outcomes.
• Proactively evaluate emerging frameworks (MCP, A2A) to keep the enterprise at the cutting edge.
  
  
  

• 5+ years in Software Engineering with a proven track record of delivering real-world AI features.
• Expertise in tool calling, context engineering, and agent-to-agent (A2A) orchestration.
• Proven experience building agentic workflows and operational RAG solutions.
• Skilled in NLP, document processing, vision, and speech-based AI workloads.
• Deep understanding of vector embeddings, semantic search, and vector database management.
• Senior-level Python development for production-grade, modular backend systems.
• Designing scalable APIs and event-driven architectures with secure IAM/OAuth standards.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS, specifically Azure AI Services and data pipelines.
• Proficiency across Relational (SQL), NoSQL, and Vector data storage patterns.
• Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern UI/UX for AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform is a significant advantage.
