As a Customer Service Agent at Bill Gosling Outsourcing, you’ll be the voice of our brand, creating memorable experiences and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering positive results through excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others.

We accept walk-in candidates come and visit our Recruitment Hub at 15F Two World Square, Upper Mckinley Hills, Taguig City. Weekdays (Mon-Fri) 10 AM to 8 PM MNL Time.

What Youll Do

• Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services
• Ensure to deliver BGO and client metrics and expectations on a regular basis.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines
• Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication applicable and/ or supports to update customer’s account information
• Champion company core values and other company programs
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Experience

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Agent/Customer Service Representative is preferred
  
  

Education

• For SHS Graduate - must have minimum 1 year of BPO experiences handling internal accounts
• For 2nd-Year College Undergraduates or Degree Holders - no previous experience required

• Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to speak clearly, listen actively, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor that makes customers feel comfortable.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to quickly analyze a situation and find a solution to meet customer needs.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up on all customer interactions.
• Adaptability: Able to adjust to new systems, processes, and customer needs.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer service platforms, CRM systems, and other software tools.
