Affiliates Program And Analytics Lead

Job Description

• Lead the planning and execution of all creator programs across platforms
• Manage and mentor a team of program leads, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business goals and traffic KPIs.
• Oversee analytics team in building and maintaining real-time dashboards that track creator program performance
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic pivots for program leads
• Supervise the budget team in managing creator spending, cost efficiency, and investment tracking across programs.
• Create forecasting models and spending scenarios tied to traffic and conversion goals.
• Serve as the key communicator between top leadership, platform partners and internal teams regarding creator program performance.
  
  

• 6-8 years of experience in program management, performance marketing, or strategic planning—ideally with exposure to creators, e-commerce, or social platforms.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including analytics, campaign ops, and/or media planning.
• Strong analytical acumen—able to build or oversee performance models and confidently derive insights from data.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills
