You will coordinate closely with external assessment associates, oversee multiple question paper series, perform quality checks, and support the delivery of error‑free materials within strict deadlines. Additionally, you will collaborate with content teams, escalate issues appropriately, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain high standards while working across different qualifications and production cycles.

The Advanced Associate, Content Producer Enterprise Learning & Skills (Content Coordinator) is responsible for the end-to-end content production process for a suite of UK and International qualifications. You will report into the Assessment Content Operations Manager and Senior Assessment Content Leader.
The objective of this role be responsible for the management and production of a specified set of secure assessment related content, ensuring that error-free assessment content is produced which is delivered to deadline, meets defined quality criteria and equivalent standards.
A part of this role is to ensure that the assessment processes that they support are carried out to a high standard in accordance with all appropriate internal policies and external regulations and can withstand scrutiny by internal audit and all stakeholders - including regulators, students and parents. You will carry out administrative tasks also associated with the production process including QA checks and the delivery of sign off meetings.
The role
The Advanced Associate, Content Producer Enterprise Learning & Skills (Content Coordinator) is responsible for the production of assessment-related content for a range of subjects in our General Qualifications portfolio. Reporting to the relevant Assessment Content Operations Manager and Senior Assessment Content Leader, the CC works as part of a team, where the collective aim is to deliver a professional and customer-focused service.
The Advanced Associate, Content Producer Enterprise Learning & Skills (Content Coordinator) role is varied and changes throughout the year depending on the cycle of assessment delivery and production. CCs are responsible for the secure and accurate management of the content production for a series of question papers. CCs manage relationships with external assessment associates to produce high-quality assessments to strict deadlines. CCs will attend team meetings, manage the workload for their allocated qualifications and support their fellow CCs and their Assessment Content Operations Managers in their day-to-day work.
