Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for Administrator, Payroll Systems Support. Only candidates located in Metro Manila, Philippines to apply.

Job Summary:

The Payroll Systems Support Administrator is responsible for providing functional and operational support for the organization’s Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, with primary focus on Dayforce HCM & other Payroll Systems. This role serves as a key support resource for Payroll, employees, managers, Finance, Human Resources, and business leaders by resolving system issues, supporting payroll and timekeeping processes, maintaining employee data, administering security access, and assisting with HCM/Payroll configuration and reporting.

The resource will manage incoming support requests, troubleshoot system issues, execute established SOPs, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient operation of HCM/Payroll processes.

• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
• Payroll Administration Certification preferred, or HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting
• With 5 years + of experience supporting Payroll Systems, Dayforce preferred (and also UKG, Lawson/Infor), HCM, HRIS or Workforce Management systems
• Experience supporting employees and managers in a shared services or help desk environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Must be amenable to working the 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time shift.
