POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant, Elite Services is responsible in providing the division with office administrative and clerical support. He/she, at all times, must display the highest level of professionalism, customer service, and administrative support to all internal and external parties as well.
Primary Responsibilities
Assists in the maintenance of Elite Services office/s. 2. Provides efficient administrative and productive clerical support to the division.
Completes tasks which includes office and secretarial works, and summary reports for briefings.
May be required to perform related tasks outside the office environment. 5. Maintains and monitors junket room blocks and summary of expenses and coordinate with necessary departments for arrangements and concerns. 6. Organizes and attends business meetings and gatherings to take and distribute minutes as required. 7. Maintains a comprehensive filing system, specifically for Junket Forms and related files, and PAGCOR Forms for the office to ensure that records are kept and archived in accordance with company policies. 8. Liaises with Junket and team members within the division and other departments as required by line leaders. 9. Maintains an inventory and par stock of office supplies. 10. Answers and screens incoming telephone calls according to company standards. 11. Always maintains confidentiality. 12. Performs other related duties and tasks as assigned by line leaders.

Perform all aspects of the role and always mindful of the impact, actions or
decisions that may have on the financial profitability of City of Dreams Manila.
Manage costs associated proper use of company resources.
Qualifications
I. Experience
Preferably with previous experience in administrative work in the same or similar industry.
II. Education
Tertiary education is preferred.
III. Skills / Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
Ability to speak/write in foreign language is an advantage (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Japanese).
Average computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferably familiarity with hotel software such as OPERA.
IV. Other Attributes
Ability to develop working relationships and communicate effectively.
Display a high level of integrity and commitment to customer service.
Works well as an individual and equally effective when working in a team.
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
