What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and manage pre-renewal and renewal communications for clients
  • Support the business unit with policy administration and insurance documentation
  • Assist brokers during client negotiations and renewal discussions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders
  • Complete accurate data entry and ongoing data management
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data integrity
  • Review, prepare, and manage policy documents to ensure accuracy and compliance


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in insurance, with Australian market experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience using Winbeat, Sunrise, SCTP, or other insurer portals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively
  • High attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive mindset with the initiative to think creatively and solve problems


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup ( 1 -2 days onsite a month)
