What Youll Do:

  • Manage Emails, WhatsApp, and CRM (Fresha knowledge is a PLUS!)
  • Handle virtual phone line for basic client inquiries
  • Schedule management and calendar coordination
  • Support the team with administrative tasks
  • Create documents, forms, and visuals (Google Drive, Forms, Canva)


What Were Looking For:

  • Multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
  • Great customer care and team spirit
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
