What You’ll Do

  • Support team productivity through precise data entry, filing, and spreadsheet management.
  • Process quotes, renewals, and endorsements within the clients platform with high accuracy.
  • Generate essential policy schedules and certificates of currency.
  • Manage shared inboxes and facilitate clear communication with offshore underwriters.
  • Actively contribute to building a positive and inclusive team environment.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional speed and accuracy in high-volume data entry.
  • Proven ability to process complex underwriting documents with sharp attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Courteous and collaborative with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly motivated, self-reflective, and quick to take initiative.
  • A strong commitment to professional growth and skill development.

Work setup

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours, Onsite during probationary period, then Hybrid afterwards.
