The Opportunity

This opportunity is with a New York-based company operating in the wholesale uniform and scrubs industry. The business supports ongoing sales and operational processes that require accuracy, consistency, and strong internal organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial records, managing invoicing, and supporting day-to-day operational workflows. It is ideal for someone who can work independently and contribute to improving efficiency across systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records across systems
  • Manage invoicing and billing processes using established workflows
  • Maintain and update documentation to ensure operational consistency
  • Support day-to-day operations through data management and reporting
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure records and financial data are accurate and up to date
  • Handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail


Compensation

Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱26,000 – ₱38,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.

Core Technical Skills Required

  • Experience with data entry and data management
  • Proficiency in invoicing and billing processes
  • Experience using Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping practices


Professional Skills Required

  • High attention to detail with the ability to minimize errors
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently and manage priorities


Professional Readiness

Candidates applying for this role should have a reliable home office setup, stable internet connection, and the ability to maintain consistent availability during the required working hours (10 AM – 3 PM Eastern Time).

Successful candidates communicate proactively, meet deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities while working remotely.
