ACQUISITIONS MARKETING PROGRAM OFFICER

The Acquisitions Marketing & Alternative Channels Program Officer develops and launches acquisition programs for both new and existing credit card customers. The role ensures growth in cardholder base and profitability to sustain market share leadership, working closely with product management, risk, sales, technology, data science, CRM, operations, and finance teams to deliver relevant programs and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers growth in cardholder base and profitability of acquisition programs
• Presents and obtains approval for program plans and targets with department and division heads
• Manages financial tracking of acquisition program budget allocations
• Identifies opportunities to improve acquisition programs and participates in new program development
• Ensures successful and timely launch of acquisition initiatives
• Collaborates with divisions and departments within the Unsecured Lending and Cards Group to drive business volumes and receivables
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the Banking and Finance industry
• Knowledge of credit card metrics (customer base, billings, revolve rate, approval rate, etc.)
• Strong financial acumen for campaign and program success
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Adobe Photoshop
• Skills in negotiation, presentation, project management, communication, business acumen, and analytical thinking
