Acquisition Manager - SBS Business Development SCommerce

Job Description

• Lead Acquisition Efforts: Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Seller Ops Service, Relationship Managers, and Key Account Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for sellers.
• Onboarding Support: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
• Adapt to Change: Embrace an agile working environment with a readiness to adapt to new priorities, processes, and market conditions.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on acquisition performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.
  
  

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes is an advantage.
