Our Client is an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our finance team.

This is an important role within the business which requires meaningful previous experience in a credit control position.

Key Responsibilities

• Uploading invoices to portals
• Assist with payment allocations and bank reconciliations
• Reconciling customer payments against statements
• Calculation of framework commissions receivable
• Ensure timely debt collection and maintain accurate reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members
• Resolve queries by liaising with the finance team and other departments
  
  

• Previous credit control experience is essential
• Experience within a construction or fire safety finance function is desirable
• AAT qualified or equivalent finance qualifications are advantageous but not essential
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in using accounting software (our system is Netsuite)
• Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing
• Strong attention to detail
  
  

• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed
• Must work from 6am to 3pm PHT
• Equipment will be provided by the company
