What You’ll Do

  • Process end-to-end Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice entry, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and financial documentation within the accounting system
  • Manage expense claims and staff reimbursement processes
  • Support month-end and year-end close, including reporting and audit preparation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
  • Respond to internal finance queries and provide general operational support as required


Key Criteria

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Possesses min 2-4 years’ experience in an AP transactional process with an exposure supporting international clients (AU, NZ, US, UK).
  • MUST have worked in Insurance industry or Audit / Accounting Firms.
  • MUST have hands-on experience with Xero (MYOB or QuickBooks also considered).
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data organisation.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am–3pm PH local time) with full time onsite commitment.
