What You’ll Do

  • Manage invoicing, receipting, debtors, and end-of-month closing
  • Issue and track purchase orders for procurement
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Support debt collection and manage aging accounts
  • Assist with systemization projects and provide weekly updates
  • Contribute to operational efficiency through task management and documentation
  • Grow into broader responsibilities like training on new systems, supporting onboarding, driving process improvements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives


Key Criteria

  • 2–3 years’ experience in accounts management
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and experience in MYOB
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication skills for email and phone interactions
  • Initiative and confidence to suggest improvements and adapt to new systems
  • Familiarity with Simpro and Systems Hub is a plus


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Perth hours (7 am– 4 pm PHT), full-time on during the 3-6 months’ probation then transition to a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
