We are currently hiring talent for the following positions:

  • Operational: Accountant | General Ledger Accountant
  • Specialized: Finance Solutions Specialist | Financial Reporting Analyst
  • Leadership: Finance Controller | Finance Manager


Core Responsibilities

While specific duties will align with the seniority of the role, successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Financial Stewardship: Managing the full cycle of financial reporting, including the preparation and review of comprehensive financial statements.
  • General Ledger Management: Overseeing account reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of the general ledger through rigorous month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining strict adherence to local and international accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations.
  • Audit & Control: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors and streamlining AP/AR and banking processes.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Providing data-driven insights and financial analysis to support executive decision-making.


Professional Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certification: CPA designation is highly preferred for senior and reporting-specific roles.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1–5+ years of progressive experience in GL, financial reporting, or finance solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
  • Competencies: Exceptional analytical prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
