What You’ll Do

  • Perform end-to-end bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage bank accounts for a growing client portfolio of 20+ clients, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies independently, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Support process improvement and standardisation initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency across operations.
  • Communicate regularly with both AU and PH team members to coordinate reconciliations and financial processes.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar qualification is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or reporting roles, ideally with some exposure to insurance, auditing, or shared services.
  • Experience in preparing regulatory reports, doing reconciliations, and reviewing variances.
  • Comfortable using ERP systems (Workday experience a bonus) and confident with Excel.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Philippine Time shift to align with AU business hours, hybrid setup available after 6-month full onsite probation period.
