What The Role Entails

• Overall responsibility for the monthly settlement process
• Responsible for calculating revenue accruals
• Take accountability for computing customer settlement based on sales agreements
• Ensure all settlement related data properly connected to the customer accounts
• Ensure all settlement related external reports and internal documentation stored
• Responsible for reviewing sales agreements and updating customer accounts in settlement tool
• Take accountability for documenting and keeping continuously updated the settlement process
• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Responsible for ensuring all invoices are generated and sent
• Responsible for recording all customer payments received
• Take accountability for reviewing and follow-up on overdue accounts
• Responsible for collecting outstanding amounts
• Ensure proper recording of customer invoices
• Responsible for computing and delivering regular (weekly, monthly, etc) internal and external reports
• Support internal and external audits
• Responsible for follow-up on payments, contacting customers and AMs re overdue payments
• Manage collection
• Maintain positive relationship with customers and provide support
• Collaborate with sales, account management, treasury and accounting teams
