What The Role Entails
Overall responsibility for the monthly settlement process
Responsible for calculating revenue accruals
Take accountability for computing customer settlement based on sales agreements
Ensure all settlement related data properly connected to the customer accounts
Ensure all settlement related external reports and internal documentation stored
Responsible for reviewing sales agreements and updating customer accounts in settlement tool
Take accountability for documenting and keeping continuously updated the settlement process
Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers
Responsible for ensuring all invoices are generated and sent
Responsible for recording all customer payments received
Take accountability for reviewing and follow-up on overdue accounts
Responsible for collecting outstanding amounts
Ensure proper recording of customer invoices
Responsible for computing and delivering regular (weekly, monthly, etc) internal and external reports
Support internal and external audits
Responsible for follow-up on payments, contacting customers and AMs re overdue payments
Manage collection
Maintain positive relationship with customers and provide support
Collaborate with sales, account management, treasury and accounting teams
