ACCOUNT ONBOARDING OFFICER

The Account Onboarding Officer is responsible for the review and processing of segregated accounts referred for onboarding, ensuring all onboarding documentary requirements are submitted and complied. The job also includes ensuring providing accurate data are encoded in BPI Wealth systems based on the account opening requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Review and verify documents submitted for onboarding Private Wealth, Institutional Business, and Personal Wealth accounts

Ensure all account applications meet regulatory and internal standards before processing

Support the business in completing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Due Diligence assessments

Validate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including risk scoring and completeness checks

Monitor and track the regularization of accounts with pending documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in relevant systems

Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues promptly

Ensure team adherence to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance

Minimum of 2 years in the Financial Services Industry or Trust Operations
