Overview

As an Account Director, you will lead account teams in delivering strategic, integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. You will guide strategic planning, shape campaign vision, manage client relationships, inspiring and motivating teams with clarity of purpose and direction.

This role combines high-level client advisory, multi-channel campaign leadership, team management, and business growth responsibility. You are expected to influence client results, guide cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping the agency’s culture and priorities.

  • Manages large and complex teams, fostering growth, engagement, and accountability.
  • Mentors and develops talent, building a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
  • Champions knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams.

Financial Oversight

  • Responsible for the financial performance and growth of key accounts.
  • Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and profitability of client engagements.

New Business Development

  • Drives growth within existing accounts and contributes to new business pitches.
  • Identifies opportunities to expand services, offerings, and client partnerships.

Knowledge & Expertise

  • Possesses expert knowledge in own discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Applies expertise to improve client outcomes, campaign effectiveness, and internal processes.

Additional Information

  • 8-10 years of experience in account management or related roles in advertising, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage senior client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, multi-channel campaigns, and team development.
