Overview
As an Account Director, you will lead account teams in delivering strategic, integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. You will guide strategic planning, shape campaign vision, manage client relationships, inspiring and motivating teams with clarity of purpose and direction.
This role combines high-level client advisory, multi-channel campaign leadership, team management, and business growth responsibility. You are expected to influence client results, guide cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping the agency’s culture and priorities.

Additional Information
8-10 years of experience in account management or related roles in advertising, marketing, or communications.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage senior client relationships.
Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth, multi-channel campaigns, and team development.
