The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Controllership - RTR team you will analyze complex financial processes and build meaningful client relationships. As a Senior Associate you will manage and inspire others while navigating the intricacies of Record-to-Report activities, securing quality deliverables and compliance with financial standards. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand while driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 to 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • Demonstrating supervisory experience in operational roles
  • Managing and executing Record-to-Report activities
  • Supporting SOX compliance and audit processes
  • Utilizing software for PTP processes like SAP and Oracle
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and automation
  • Developing and updating desktop documentation for processes
  • Understanding adjacent Finance and Accounting functions
  • Demonstrating knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Metrics

  • 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
