AC Manila - Finance Systems Developer Manager

A career within Finance Managed Services will give you the opportunity to streamline core accounting workflows through practical automation and integrations. You’ll tackle internal stakeholders’ needs with a solution‑oriented approach, removing manual steps across GL, AP, reconciliations, month‑end close, and financial reporting. Meaningful work you’ll be part of

• Build and maintain reliable automations and integrations across finance systems (ERP, AP, expenses, reporting) to reduce manual work and errors.
• Translate user stories and process maps into working solutions; ship iteratively, demo often, and refine based on feedback.
• Move and validate data using APIs or secure file exchanges; ensure reconciled, audit‑ready results.
• Partner day‑to‑day with a Business Analyst and coordinate with Internal IT on security, access, and change control.
• Prototype lightweight AI helpers/agents where they clearly add value, keeping solutions practical, safe, and well documented.
• Add basic monitoring, logging, and documentation; prepare runbooks and support handoffs.
• Work with business leads to identify opportunities, test approaches, and keep the team ahead of the technology curve.
• Track outcomes (hours saved, cycle time, adoption, satisfaction) and retire legacy manual steps as new solutions stabilize.Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
• 7 years of experience with low-code app platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, Mendix) and AI builders (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio), plus data/SQL platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Databricks) and cloud (e.g., Microsoft Azure)—or comparable tools; comfortable integrating with general ledger/finance APIs (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Xero) using workflow/iPaaS tools (e.g., Power Automate, MuleSoft, Boomi)
