The Enterprise Profile Platforms Services team implements, integrates, and maintains the end-to-end travel technology solutions.

The Enterprise Profile Platforms Services team seeks technology savvy and innovative individuals to join our team. This role involves consulting with internal & external resources. In this role, you will be working with the product team, customers, and technology developers.

What You’ll Do

• Gather client-specific field-level profile mapping requirements from Implementations and Deployment
• Consult with client IT teams on how to develop API HR Feeds and File HR Feeds to transmit traveler profiles to Amex GBT’s profile system and Online Booking Tools
• Learn the capabilities, limitations, and nuances of the tools that the HR Feed transmits data to
• Learn how traveler profile data flows throughout GBT’s ecosystem of products
• Translate customer requirements into configurable solutions
• Identify enhancements and partner with development groups
• Automate and streamline processes to continually reduce end-to-end operating costs
• Adhere to SLAs, contractual agreements and legal compliance
• Ability to work with ambiguous definition or requirements and produce tangible solutions
