Job Description
The Social Content Producer is responsible for development of Shopee’s social media content most especially on Tiktok. The role oversees the end-to-end content production process, from trend spotting and concept development to scriptwriting, shoot direction, traveling for on-ground shoots, video editing, publishing, and on-cam performance. The role is user-facing, expected to create content and represent the brand on Shopee’s social channels — capable of turning culturally relevant insights into platform-native content that audiences genuinely want to watch, interact with, and share.
The role is also responsible for developing content plans that amplify social engagement, shareability, and other business initiatives. The role also offers opportunities to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creators, while leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize content performance.
