Pay range: Php 28,000 to 35,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Research Analyst to join the International Education division and help grow the research capability of our Insight & Intelligence team (Global Marketing). You will be responsible for carrying out a range of research and operational tasks, including scripting surveys, managing data throughout the data lifecycle, research scheduling, as well as engaging colleagues through targeted communication, impactful reporting, and effective knowledge management.

What will you do as a Research Analyst?

As a Research Analyst, you will carry out a range of research tasks that support business decision making, including scripting surveys, processing data, and quality assurance checks, and you will support the team with operational tasks such as maintaining a research schedule. This role requires strong attention to detail, as well exemplary collaboration and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the management of projects, platforms, and research initiatives, ensuring that all outcomes are timely, on budget and influential.
• Support the success of our online research community by monitoring participation, implementing recruitment strategies, and helping with day-to-day management of the community.
• Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers.
• Assist your colleagues/peers, allowing them to achieve outstanding outcomes, develop their skills and become increasingly influential in the business.
