We’re High Scale — a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising on TV and social media. Think Amazon’s obsession with customer experience meets SpaceX’s fearless ambition—that’s the DNA behind everything we do.
Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2025—and we need a Production Coordinator who can manage the logistics and operations of our global creative network.
Why This Role Matters
Organization, logistics, and seamless execution are your playground. As a Production Coordinator, you are the essential link connecting our global network of creators, our internal creative teams, and our clients goals. Oversee all product shipping and tracking to ensure creators receive what they need to shoot.
Manage Content & Asset Trafficking
Receive, organize, and QC all incoming raw footage and creative assets from our global network.
Maintain a meticulous organizational system for all project files, ensuring our post-production teams have seamless access to content.
Track content deadlines and proactively follow up with creators to ensure on-time delivery.
Support Project Execution
Work closely with Account Executives, Producers, and Post-Production teams to ensure all creative assets are properly briefed and delivered.
Manage and update project management tools, ensuring all stakeholders have real-time visibility on content status.
Assist in sourcing and vetting new creators to expand our global network.
Drive Efficiency and Scale
Help build and refine systems for content management, creator communication, and logistics.
Identify bottlenecks in the production workflow and propose solutions.
