Mainly responsible for the management of the Sustainable Development Finance (SDF) program and the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to achieve the product’s credit portfolio growth and profitability target.
3.1. Product Development –
- Recommends new product or product innovation aligned with the Bank’s direction and strategy in attaining business objectives.
- Ensures that new products and product variants or enhancements to existing products comply with the requirements prescribed in the product approval policy, and the relevant rules and regulations.
- Evaluates the marketability and profitability of existing products at least once a year or as necessary.
3.2. Portfolio Management –
- Prepares periodic monitoring report of product credit portfolio to measure its performance against portfolio growth and profitability target.
- Provides guidance to the Relationship Managers in the proper tagging of qualified accounts for sustainable development credit.
3.3. Product Marketing –
- Collaborates with different client groups of the Bank for the promotion and innovation of managed products, to initiate marketing activities and participate in relevant conventions and forums.
- Conducts product market briefings and training for capacity building of Relationship Managers, Credit Officers and other concerned units in the Bank.
- Provides support to the Relationship Management Group to promote the managed products to its clients.
3.4. Project Evaluation – Coordinates with the accredited external consultant on the vetting of qualified sustainable development finance projects.
3.5. Administrative Management – Coordinates with other units of the Bank for administrative matters assigned by the Division Head.
3.6. People Management - Provides guidance and support to direct reports ensuring adequate training and development in order to achieve targets and deliver the job requirements.
