Product Development Manager

The Transaction Banking Product Development Manager is responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, and rollout of new cash management products and enhancements to meet the evolving requirements of clients. The role ensures product strategies are aligned with business goals while driving innovation, compliance, and customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new cash management products or enhancements
• Work with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and specifications
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, IT, Risk, Legal, and Compliance for seamless product delivery
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk policies, and approval processes
• Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and efficiency improvements
• Review functional design documents and collaborate with IT and vendors on project timelines
• Create and execute user acceptance testing scripts, monitor results, and resolve defects
• Develop product manuals and marketing materials for internal and external use
• Monitor post-deployment performance, client onboarding, and product utilization
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• 5–8 years of experience in product management with cash management expertise
• 3–5 years of experience in project, program, or campaign management
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing
• Strong knowledge of product design, cash management principles, project management, and banking regulationsProficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and photo/video editing software
• Skills in strategic and design thinking, problem solving, research, creativity, leadership, and communication
