Job Description

• Determine the material requirement based on forecast and customer backlog
• Monitoring "Work in Progress" (WIP) and managing "Safety Stock" levels to prevent production "line-down" situations
• Communicate with subcon to track shipments, manage lead times, and resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies
• Collaborate with product planners to maximize inventory
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially on MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Good communication skills both written and spoken.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Team‑oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
• High willingness to learn, develop, and take on increasing levels of responsibility over time within a dynamic environment
