What Youll Do

RTI is seeking the M&E Specialist for the project in Philippines. The M&E Specialist is responsible for the management and implementation of project’s M&E systems and procedures. The Specialist will support the development of information systems and program indicators.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain the Project’s M&E system, including the development of performance indicators, milestones and baseline conditions;
• Assist with the collection, analysis and reporting on performance indicators by other team members and Project counterparts;
• Prepare data tabulations, reports, and presentations to support project activities;
• Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports on the status of Project implementation; contribute to other Project reports such as annual work plans;
• Manages project results reporting and management with input from COP and technical staff.
• Develops and implements project M&E system to measure specific project targets.
• Ensures successful implementation of performance monitoring plan.
• Produces performance monitoring reports describing progress made against agreed upon indicators.
• Assist in monitoring the timely compliance and delivery of outputs at the highest level of quality performance that strictly
• complies with data quality assessment criteria.
• Inform the MEL Manager of possible risks in project’s inability to achieve the targets indicated in Project’s work plan.
• Analyzes monitoring data to derive lessons for improvement and make recommendations.
• Develops standardized reporting, performance monitoring, and evaluation among partners.
• Regularly review and update the project’s M&E plan.
• Support the MEL Manager in providing capacity building to project staff and project partners on data collection, documentation of lessons that can be used as focus of success stories, knowledge management and dissemination of learning for all components.

What Youll Need

Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience, Masters degree and 3 years of experience or PhD and 0 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
