As a Medical Affairs Specialist at ICON, you will provide scientific and medical expertise to support the development, implementation, and communication of medical strategies and activities.

What You Will Do

You will take responsibility for medical affairs deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Contribute to the preparation of Medical Management Plans (MMPs), trackers, reports and other deliverables
• Participate in data review activities relating to patient safety and diagnostic results
• Liaise with investigational sites and sponsors on medical affairs issues, under supervision
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Safety, Regulatory Affairs and other operational teams
• Attend internal and external project meetings and teleconferences as required
• Support financial tracking, including unit metrics, out-of-scope activities and change orders
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation and project tracking systems
  
  

Your Profile

You will bring relevant medical affairs experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• A background in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related medical field.
• Prior experience in a clinical research, medical affairs or patient safety setting preferred.
• Understanding of clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables.
• A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x a week in Makati office)
