Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Mineral Sales and Business/Logistics Support
  
  

1.0 Process sales and quotations for all clients, liaising with client purchasing departments, logistics operations, and internal staff as necessary to complete tasks.

1.1 Ensure sales and quotations are processed in a timely manner and meet client deadlines.

1.2 Ensure assigned stock points are properly maintained with regard to material availability and inventory accuracy through stock transfers, purchases, invoicing, and other appropriate processes.

1.3 Develop operational procedures as necessary to meet evolving needs.

1.4 Provide reporting and general assistance as required.

1.5 Review uncompleted sales orders/quotations daily and take appropriate action to expedite them.

3.0 Provide appropriate assistance to other team members as required.

3.1 Maintain group records and filing systems as necessary.

3.2 Run reports as required.

3.3 Participate in stock counts when required.

3.4 Carry out management instructions.

• QHSE Responsibilities
  
  

4.0 Take reasonable care of personal health and safety and that of others in the workplace. Comply with relevant legislative requirements and Imdex QHSE management system policies and procedures.

4.1 Wear, use, and maintain provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any unsafe practices or conditions.

4.2 Ensure actions or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others.

4.3 Utilize the Quality Alert system to initiate and respond to QHSE issues.

Essential

KEY ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Demonstrates behaviours aligned with The Imdex Way (refer to Appendix A).
• High level of attention to detail, strong time management, and excellent organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel and Word, with the ability to analyze information.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
