Legal Officer

The Legal Officer will provide proactive, timely, and strategic legal guidance to the BPI Group of Companies. This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation, review, structuring and design of bank documents, agreements, and contracts across various business groups within the BPI Group of Companies, delivering legal direction and advisory services to support business decision-making, managing and resolving legal issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a reputable law school
• At least 3 years in the practice of corporate or banking law
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of the current laws
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong inter-personal skills and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Can work with minimal supervision
